We are excited to announce our new class schedule that begins May 1, 2016!
7 Vinyasa classes per week, afternoon Yin, and optimized times based on your feedback! Also coming starting late May once we iron out the specifics, will be our Intro to Yoga SERIES that will be held Monday nights at 7:45. While all our classes can be taken by beginners, this series will offer a methodical and slower introduction to all the styles of yoga we offer at Yoga for Life. Stay tuned for details!
